I've been to the Florida city location a couple of times and every time I come I am welcomed with a hi and a big smile. The food is excellent, & the service is just as great. I usually call ahead and they are accurate on timing of food preparation. My family loves the food so we order at least every weekend. The beer selection is awesome for a pizza place. I promise you will enjoy anything that you get, sandwiches, Phillis or pizza. Best pizza place in homestead!

If this is what Jersey pizza is about I'm disappointed. There is much better pizza places around. Skip it.

I went to the Jersey Boardwalk Pizzeria tonight with the hubby. It wasn't the first time we've been, but it was definitely the best. This was our 4th time there and the food gets better and better. The pizza was tasty and had a good balance of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings and the sub was delish. On top of the authentic Jersey food this place has a great family/ locals vibe. Not to mention it's great a stop on a trip to keys.

Can't complain really. I ordered something simple, a traditional philly cheese steak. The service was pretty good, the cheese steak was pretty good and the chips were fresh. I ordered a plain old bud light and it was nice and cold. I got to watch some college ball and the music wasn't loud. The place was clean I used the bathroom and that was clean. Food came out very quick. If I'm in the area again I'll get adventurous next time.

Best pizza ever! And they have the NFL ticket so I can watch football, drink great beer, and eat delicious pizza! This place is a must try if you're in the area and worth the drive if you're not.

Delicious, authentic Jersey pizza and, friendly service! We weren't expecting much from this little pizza/Italian strip mall restaurant, and we were quite surprised. First off, the service was very friendly. My dad was extra thirsty after driving, and the server quickly offered to being a whole pitcher of diet soda out, of which my dad almost completely consumed. Speaking of soda, the Barq's root beer here is incredible. I don't know what it is, as it comes from a standard fountain, but it's the best I've had. Tasted like it was on tap! The pizza was delicious, with tasty homemade crust and sauce. It wasn't too thin, which some Jersey/NY pizza places tend to do. The place is a bit on the bright side, and could use a bit more subtle ambience, but it's more of a sports bar than anything, so no worries. It's got tasty food, friendly service, and nice TVs for sports. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town here!

Here is an update. So my boyfriend and I are "Giants" Fans and many local games are playing "The Dolphins". My boyfriend decided to call this place, just to see if they were playing the game. They stated they were, when we got there, it was not playing. Oh, the poor look on his face. Jason said (Owner) "Hey no worries, we are getting it for you." They went out of their way to satisfy us and now we come every time The Giants play. We ordered, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, well made, fresh and taste great. Jason and Bill, Management of the company and they are opening in another location. Personable and very intelligent, fun time when we come. Thanks !

I, myself, being fromNJ was extremely interested in tasting this pizza to see if it really tasted like NJ pizza. I was extremely disappointed with the pizza, when I first opened the box I knew by the look of the pizza that it was no where near being a "NJ Boardwalk Pizza". After having the first bite, I am sad to say that it tastes identical to Domino's Pizza. Overall the pizza is far from being anything like NJ pizza but the staff was nice.

Authentic pizza & tasty hot wings with ranch dressing. Easy going staff & friendly owners. I have visited several times and each time I try something new. I will definitely be back again and try a hot sub next time around.

I called to place an order for delivery and this rude little girl answers, I dont expect anyone to kiss my ass when i call or go to a restaurant, but at least be polite, so I cancelled my order and mark my words, I will NEVER, call this place again, I really hate it when the service sucks...... 0 stars

Visited on Monday afternoon, staff was friendly. We ordered a large pizza with all the meats and a medium with tomatoes and basil. Both pizzas were cooked to perfection, nice crust and good ratio of meat. My husband and both were thrilled that is closed to our home, we won't b ordering Papa Johns anymore.

New place replacing the original valentino's. Let's hope they get it together. Since they just opened I'll give them two stars. The place is LOUD. Slamming door into the kitchen was so unnerving we had to leave. There were people with their babies/toddlers sitting on the eating counter. I really don't want to see dirty diaper butts on the counter where I'm eating. Normally this isn't the restaurants fault but they were friends/family of the owners who were permanently parked there eating and drinking. Kids were running wild in and out of the bathrooms and screaming. Food took forever and we had to switch to "to go" since it had been so long. I think we went on friends and family night. Overall atmosphere was a zero. Hot. Loud. Flies. Back door open so lots of flies. No AC. Daycare and diapers on the food area. Yuck!! Note. I received a message from customer service at this establishment on the same day all of the "5 star reviews" were posted. These reviews came in from mostly brand new Yelpers with mostly one review. My review was balanced and I intend to revise it once I give it another try and they have had time to fix the issues.

I thought I'd give the new place a try. I wasn't too happy with the product. The service was prompt and friendly though. I ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The portion sizes were fine but the taste was bland. I also wish the dough had some flavor to it too.

Very happy with Jersey Boardwalk. Haven't had anything else but pizza and garlic bread. Love the pizza! Only got the garlic bread once- it was pretty bad. I wish they had specials other than happy hour. Would've given 5 stars if they did. We order at least once a week from here and it'd be nice to get something like a family deal similar to Mamamia's or the old Valentino's $20 special. :(

Great Pizza. Bad delivery driver. Ordered 3 large pies from this place. The pizza took super long to get delivered. No apology from driver. We still tipped her and she ran out like a bat out of hell. So I take the 3 pies inside and open them low and behold. The pies look like they kicked around in a soccer game. They were all broken apart and flipped on each other. It looked disgusting. It kind look like they took individual pizzas and tried to piece them into one pie. I called and explained to them what happened and sent them pics from my phone. They went ahead and sent me three new pies but this time had the manager deliver them. This time they looked great. I gave him back his 3 other ones and he agreed they were all beat up. You would think that after all that trouble they would compensate us somehow. I mean I did give the driver a tip which she didnt deserve. Maybe a free bottle of soda or maybe some garlic rolls. But nothing. Anyways the pizza is GREAT. Just make sure you inspect it when they deliver it to you. Dont tip them without looking at the pizza first.

My boyfriend was born and raised in Philadelphia so I consider him my cheese steak expert. He says these would easily be one of the best in Philly and by far best he's had in Miami so far. The staff is friendly and service is good. The pizza is great too. Definitely worth a try

Just ate a take out pizza last night and was pleasantly surprised. Decided to try it out and they make a nice pie. A little expensive but I am always willing to pay a little more for a good pizza . The inside was descent but not too much space.

I am extremely impressed with this business. Some companies do not take criticism well, but Boardwalk took it and made it right in more ways than one. We like well, well, well done pizza. When orders are placed over the phone we tell them well x 3 every time. Unfortunately, the last time it was not even close to well done and once it's cut it doesn't turn out well if it's put back in the oven. We explained this to the owner in a friendly way days later when we saw him out. We believe that businesses need to know if there is an issue so that they may work to change it and not lose business. An hour or so after speaking with him we were surprised to have a well, well, well done pizza delivered to our door. It was accompanied with plates, napkins and utensils. This gesture has caused my love for Boardwalk to grow even more! That is true customer service! They're pizza is amazing and they have proven that they have an exceptional staff to back it up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a little slice of Jersey.

Stay Away! I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant before, until I walked into the Jersey Boardwalk Pizza restaurant in Florida City. I received the wrong order and did not realize until I got home. I called and spoke to the manager, who made every excuse you could think of, so I asked for the owner to call me. When he finally did, he actually told me he didn't believe me and denied any responsibility. He also stated that if I left a bad review, he would have his attorney contact me. Completely unprofessional and a disgrace to the restaurant industry. These clowns won't be around for much longer I'm sure!

I have been here 8 or 9 times and I have yet to be disappointed! I try something new every time I go in and everything was phenomenal so far. I was there for their grand opening and the only complaint I would have would be that it was hot in there, But for the amount of people in and out of there that evening it would have almost been impossible to keep it cool. I spoke to the owner addressing the heat issue and he said he is aware of the problem and is trying to get it resolved. My family and I will definitely be returning!!!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
